Your primary responsibility is to work directly with customers to maintain and enhance Windows and Web software applications. Learn and work daily with a broad set of development styles including Windows Forms, Mobile Clients, and Touch screen environments, in addition to ecommerce, web portals, and dynamic content web sites.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Customer relations skills to determine problems and document issues and requests
- Ability to participate in full software development life cycle analyzing requirements and developing complete applications (code and documentation)
- Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net) and SQL Server
- Flexibility to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor
- Bachelors degree, and at least 2 years of software engineering experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Microsoft software development certifications
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure such as switches, routers, firewalls, and server setup and configuration
- Basic knowledge of application hosting, such as SSL, DMZ and load testing
